Clenbuterol Contraindications/Precautionary Measures
Is not recommended for patients with severe asthma, QT prolongation, hyperthyroidism, myocardial insufficiency, arrhythmia and diabetes mellitus. It should not be used by anyone who has hypertension or high blood pressure.

Overdosage
Excessive use can cause muscle tremors, headache, dizziness, and gastric irritation, as well as nausea, vomiting, diaphoresis and myocardial infarction.
